These terms apply to this website and Passport’s member services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Our service
Passport helps adults meet through dinners and other real-world social experiences. Event availability, capacity, locations, and offers may change. A booking is confirmed only when Passport provides confirmation. Participation does not guarantee a particular attendee mix, friendship, or romantic outcome.
Accounts and participation
You must be at least 18 to register or attend. Provide accurate information, use your own mobile number and photos you have permission to share, and protect access to your account. Treat others respectfully. Harassment, impersonation, fraud, and misuse of other members’ information are not permitted. We may restrict accounts or attendance to address misconduct or protect the community.
Memberships, bookings, and payments
The applicable price, access period, inclusions, renewal terms, and booking conditions are displayed before purchase. Where automatic renewal is offered, the checkout explains the amount and frequency and asks for your agreement. You can cancel future renewals through the available account control or by contacting support; cancellation does not by itself refund a past payment.
Restaurant food, drinks, and travel are paid separately unless expressly included in the offer. Additional reservation deposits, cancellation conditions, and refund conditions are disclosed before the relevant booking. If an event is cancelled by Passport or you have a payment issue, contact us to arrange the applicable remedy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Referral rewards
Rewards depend on the qualifying signup, verification, or purchase specified in the referral offer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent activity do not qualify. Welcome gifts, dinner credits, and cash-eligible referral rewards may have different uses and availability dates, as shown in your wallet and the applicable offer.
Verification texts
Passport uses SMS to deliver mobile verification codes you request. Message frequency varies with your requests; message and data rates may apply. Marketing texts are not included in verification consent. For help, email . You can stop requesting codes at any time; where supported by the sender, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Profiles and feedback
You retain ownership of content you provide and give Passport permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service. Share only content you have the right to use. Private feedback helps us operate and improve events. Do not copy, publish, or misuse other members’ private information.
Changes and contact
